These terms govern use of the VRA Property Management website. A signed lease, application, or other written agreement controls wherever it differs from this page.
Effective September 2, 20261. Website purpose
This website helps prospective residents review VRA-managed properties and current listings, and helps current residents reach online services. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
2. Availability and property information
Availability, pricing, deposits, fees, dates, layouts, features, utilities, parking, pet rules, and lease terms may change. The current individual listing, application materials, and signed lease or other agreement control. Photographs may show a representative or virtually staged space and may not depict the exact home offered.
3. Applications and resident services
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a showing, or starting an application does not reserve a property or guarantee approval. Applications, screening, payments, maintenance requests, and resident accounts may be processed through third-party services and are subject to the terms presented in those services.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a manner that disrupts the service, or use site content to violate another person’s rights.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, text, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to VRA Property Management or its affiliates and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party links
The site links to services operated by others, including AppFolio, ShowMojo, Airbnb, and other providers. VRA does not control their websites, availability, security, accessibility, or privacy practices. Review the provider’s terms and policies before submitting information.
7. Emergencies and maintenance
This website and general email are not monitored as emergency services. Call 911 for an immediate threat to life or property. Current residents should use the designated resident or maintenance channel for non-emergency service requests.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRA disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted operation or error-free content and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
9. Changes and applicable agreements
We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Applicable law and any signed agreement between you and VRA remain controlling.
